1. THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE SOVEREIGN AGREEMENT: By accessing the iTFX curriculum, you agree to operate under the Sovereign Standard of personal accountability.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All materials, including the iTFX Trading Systems, are the sole property of immanuelthelight.com. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. NO ADVISORY SERVICES: We provide education on market mechanics and algorithmic theory. We are not a financial services provider and do not manage capital.

4. TERMINATION: We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates our community standards or engages in predatory behavior. 

5. TIME-LIMITED ACCESS ONLY (NO PERMANENT PURCHASE): All resources, materials, and infrastructure within the iTFX platform are strictly non-purchasable and provided solely on a temporary, month-to-month access model. We do not sell courses, proprietary files, or permanent digital assets; each payment grants strictly thirty (30) calendar days of access to the complete iTFX 1-Month Trading Mastery Program. Access automatically terminates upon the expiration of the 30-day cycle, and uninterrupted continuation requires a manual renewal.

1. DIGITAL FULFILLMENT: iTFX Academy provides immediate digital access to proprietary curriculum upon successful transaction.

2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION: Any attempt to reverse a payment after digital fulfillment has occurred will be contested using our verified access logs and signed Regulatory Disclosures.
