1. THE SOVEREIGN AGREEMENT: By accessing the iTFX curriculum, you agree to operate under the Sovereign Standard of personal accountability.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All materials, including the iTFX Trading Systems, are the sole property of ITFX ONLINE SERVICES (PTY) LTD. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. NO ADVISORY SERVICES: We provide education on market mechanics and algorithmic theory. We are not a financial services provider and do not manage capital.

4. TERMINATION: We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates our community standards or engages in predatory behavior.

1. DIGITAL FULFILLMENT: iTFX Academy provides immediate digital access to proprietary curriculum upon successful transaction.

2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION: Any attempt to reverse a payment after digital fulfillment has occurred will be contested using our verified access logs and signed Regulatory Disclosures.
